Membership & Access Information

Students

UT Students are members of the RecSports facilities/programs and automatically receive access privileges during the semesters in which they are enrolled upon payment of their University Programs & Services Fee (UPSF).
Student "Plus One": $180.00/yr (Each)
Student's Dependent (Ages 0-23 Yrs): $90.00/yr*
*NOTE: Areas of use in facilities are restricted for ages 0-16 Yrs.

Guest Policy
Guest accompanying RecSports Member: $5/day

Membership is a privilege, which may be modified or revoked at the discretion of the RecSports Department and the University.

Patron Code of Conduct

All memberships are non-transferable.

Valid Form of ID for Entry

Note:

Proof of UT affiliation must be presented to purchase membership for all classifications.
Issues concerning validity of "Plus One" will be turned over to the UT Student Judicial Office for consultation and advisement.

Parents & Dependent Policy

Dependent must live in the same household and be under the age of 23. (Certain restrictions are listed in the participant handbook for dependents)

Parents or guardians must accompany and have direct supervision of all dependents under 18 years of age.

Parents are expected to be familiar with the age restrictions posted in each activity area.

Dependents age 16 and under are not permitted in group exercise classes or in the fitness areas at any time.

Additional Rate Information

Membership rates are reviewed on an annual basis. Faculty, Staff and "Plus One" membership rates must be set equal to, or higher, than the calculated rate for a full-time student.
