RecSports Biggest VolFit Loser ChallengeAre you ready to take the challenge? The RecSports Biggest VolFit Loser Challenge is a ten week wellness program designed to equip participants with the tools to make a healthy lifestyle change. Upon completion of the program participants will be learn general nutrition and proper eating habits, how to stay motivated and overcome barriers, how to reduce stress in their daily lives, and how to exercise in different formats. The program includes: -20 Individual Personal Training Sessions The cost of the program is $200 and there is an application process to determine the best candidates for participation.
