RecSports Fitness
The Fitness program at UTK is dedicated to enhancing the physical well being of students, faculty, staff, and guests by providing a wide range of cardiovascular, toning, and endurance activities ranging from beginner level to advanced level. Classes are as varied as their participants. Classes are offered from Kick-Boxing to Pilates. The demands of each class are tuned to the abilities and desires of the participant. There is a program that will suit your needs from both a physical and psychological aspect. All Group fitness classes are FREE to UT students who have paid their student activities fees, and all faculty/staff who have paid membership fees to RecSports.
