RecSports Informal Rec Looking for something to do? The Informal Recreation Program is here for you! We offer RecSport members the opportunity to participate in a variety of recreational activities on an informal drop-in basis including: basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, racquetball, squash, tennis and lap swimming. The weight room and fitness areas feature selectorized resistance machines, computerized cardiorespiratory equipment and tons of free weights. UT Students Make Healthy Choices! The RecSports Department invites you to take care of yourself by providing opportunities for you to experience and learn about nutrition, rest, relaxation, and self- care. We hope that you will explore and enjoy our wellness services, programs, and resources. Monthly Programs: RecSports has specific topics of focus each month. Informational bulletin boards are posted in the hallway of TRECS. In addition to bulletin boards, videos in the hall, brochures, handouts, and screenings may also be available on the specified topic. Come visit us in the TRECS for more information on any or all of these topics.
