Intramurals: All-University Points Competition

The All-University Points Competition was established to provide more incentive for individuals and groups to participate in activities offered by the Intramural Sports Program and to set guidelines for the awarding of the Intramural Team of the Year Award, which is presented at the Annual RecSpys Banquet at the end of the spring semester.

TEAM REGISTRATION:

Independent teams, excluding CoRec, may enter the All-University Points Competition by registering their team between the start of the fall semester and January 31st of the following spring semester. Greek organizations are automatically entered into the All-University Points Competition. Once registered, team points will be calculated for all sports completed under the registered team name only. POINTS BREAKDOWN:

All-University Points will be awarded only for activities in the fall and spring semesters of an academic year. The number of points awarded to a team will be dependent upon the classification of the activity, performance in the activity, defaults/forfeits, and sportsmanship.
