Need equipment for a weekend camping trip or to paddle down a river? UTOP can equip you with the quality gear you need to participate in any adventure. Canoes, kayaks, packs, tents, sleeping bags, mountain and road bikes, coolers, stoves, and much more are available for rental. Policies:

• We can ONLY accept cash or check payments
• Equipment is available for rental by current UT students, faculty, and staff.
• Rental Rate Periods: Daily and Weekend (Friday thru Monday)
• Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance with a full rental deposit. Reservations must be made in person.
• Reservation Cancellations must be made at least two days in advance of the check-out date to receive a full refund. If reservations are cancelled less than two days in advance of check-out no refund will be given.
• No refunds are given for equipment not picked up.
• Equipment returned late will be charged at twice the daily rate for every day the equipment is late.
• Renter will be held financially responsible for theft, loss, abnormal wear and tear damage, cleaning and any late fees assessed.
• For any fees not paid within one month of the scheduled return date, a hold will be placed on the renter's university account.
