Sport Clubs: Satellite Facilities

Fulton Bottoms
 

The field is situated on the south side of Kingston Pike in between Alcoa Highway and Cumberland Avenue. For access to Fulton Bottoms, park at Tyson Park, located on the north side of Kingston Pike. From campus, travel west on Cumberland Ave. After the railroad overpass, turn right into Tyson Park. Do not turn into the driveway for the business in between the Tyson entrance and the overpass. From west/I-40, take Kingston Pike east toward Cumberland Ave. Turn left at the first driveway east of the highway overpass into Tyson Park. Walk under the overpass to the field.

 
 
South-Doyle Middle School
 

From campus, drive to Neyland Drive, turn left (east). Take the exit for “James White Parkway South”/ Riverside Drive. Continue on the ramp to James White Parkway. The Parkway goes over a bridge to the south side of the river. Take the last exit (the road ends) to Sevierville Pike, turn right. Take your next left onto Woodlawn, and then your next left, at which you will see a “ South Doyle Middle School” sign. The entrance to the school is the next left. The Sport Clubs facility is the football stadium.

 
 
Duff Field
 

From campus, go east on Cumberland Ave. (The Strip) toward downtown. Take a right on Henley Street. After crossing the bridge, go about 3 miles and look for a Krystal on your left. Turn left just before the Krystal and you are there. The field is actually behind the Krystal.

 
 
Glove Company
 

From campus, travel east on Cumberland Avenue. Turn right onto Henley Street, traveling over the bridge. Turn right at the first light over the bridge, which will take you under a one-lane overpass. The Glove Company is a brick building on right. The Rowing Club facilities are around the west side of the building, on the river.

 
 
Concord Yacht Club
 

Take Alcoa Highway south from Neyland Drive or from Kingston Pike/Cumberland Ave. Take the ramp for I-140, located just after the Ford auto dealership. Take I-140 toward Oak Ridge to the Northshore exit. Go left on Northshore. You will cross two bridges. After the second bridge, CYC is about 100 yards further, on the left next to a yellow fire hydrant. If you pass the softball fields (on the right) you have gone too far.

 
 
Victor Ashe Park
 

»From Interstate 640 take the Western Ave/Highway 62 exit going West.
»Turn right on Copper Kettle Street.
»Turn right on Bradshaw Road.
»The park will be on your left.

 
 
Morningside Park
 

From campus, travel east on Cumberland Avenue toward downtown. Turn left on Henley Street at the top of the hill. Get into the right lane, go through one stoplight, and take a right onto Church Street. Follow Church Street through downtown, passing the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame, the Civic Coliseum, and the Knoxville Police Station. Continue on Church Street throught the Hill St. intersection. This will lead you into Morningside Park. Drive about 100 yards, park, and follow the path on the left to the field.

 
 
Premier Athletics
 

From campus,
»Take I-40 West towards Nashville
»Take Exit 385 to Lexington
»Take Exit 1 to Western Ave.
»Follow Western Ave. The road will become two lanes and Premire thletics is on the Right up on a hill
