About the Wellness Committee

• The Wellness Committee began in Fall 2009 with a small group of students with dedicated hearts. Within one year we've accomplished many events and are still growing. We meet twice a month to plan wellness and volunteering events.

Past Events/Accomplishments

• Helped build a house with Habitat for Humanity

• Breast Cancer Awareness Booth/Info

• Picked up trash along the TN River called the "River Rescue"

• Collected Items fro the Haiti Relief

• Served food with the Salvation Army

• Held a Heart Health Seminar

• Hosted a free chair massage thanks to Knoxville Massage Therapy Center
