Explore the famous Sebastian Inlet from SUP & learn to surf!
Paddle and surf this gem of a central Florida beach and protected coastal area from stand up paddle boards.
Must be a competent swimmer (be able to tread water for 5 minutes and swim at least 25 m without stopping). Some stand up paddleboarding experience recommended.
“Did you see that!? Did you see that!?” Kelly exclaims, nearly jumping off of her stand up paddleboard. “I saw 2 dolphins over there! I’ve never seen one before. That’s so cool.”
Your group gathers up, cameras out, hoping to see them again. With it being at low tide, it’s possible the dolphins are hunting, using the sandbars to trap fish for easier eating.
After spending the day touring on stand up paddleboards during low tide, your evening is jam packed with learning to catch waves and stand up paddleboard surf. As the sunsets over land, you carry your SUP over the dunes, heading back to camp to eat and rest.
Tomorrow is an early morning surf session with knee high spring waves perfect for more SUP surf.
Who doesn’t want to go to the beach for spring break? The sun. The sand. The stand up surfing. The dolphin watching.
