$19. Includes instruction from a yoga certified teacher, and transportation. Bring your own yoga mat or towel.
“Feel the earth beneath your palms. Push your heels so they touch the grass. Let this warm breeze push your hips back further into down dog,” Madison gently instructs.
Your breath moves calmly in and out of your nose, the scent of spring makes you realize how relaxed you are. You’ve not felt this relaxed since spring break.
The forest’s serenity focuses you. How beautiful is a fall Saturday. The trees turning red, yellow, and orange, weather is warm but with a hint of cool on breeze, the squirrels chatter as they stash away their nuts for the winter, the clouds float over the Smokies.
This is a unique yoga class if there ever was one.
No experience needed — all are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat if you have it. Mats are optional.

What does the trip cost include?
When you pay for a trip, you get all equipment, transportation, and instruction. On overnight trips, you also get plenty of tasty food and camping included.
