Travel Details

All trip participants will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to Denver International Airport (DEN) at the beginning of the trip, and from DEN at the end of the trip. Flying is the natural choice for this trip, but how you get there is up to you. UTOP will arrange all details beginning and ending at DEN.

The cheapest time to purchase flights are typically 3 months before the flight.

• *It is Highly recommended you get a refundable flight in case we do not meet our trip minimum of 13 students*

When to Arrive In DEN at the beginning of the trip

12/16 by noon. Our vans depart the airport at 1 pm.

When to expect to arrive back at DEN at the end of the trip

12/21 at 11am. Our vans will arrive at DEN at 11 am.
