T-FLEX 2026

Join the T-FLEX 9-Week Challenge Program from January 20, 2026, to April 1, 2026, and discover everything RecSports has to offer and earn a RecSports T-FLEX Hoodie.


What is T-FLEX?

T-FLEX is a 9-week challenge program designed to maximize wellness potential while exploring a variety of fitness opportunities and resources.

When is T-FLEX?

T-FLEX begins January 20, and all FLEXes must be completed by April 1.

Who Can Participate in T-FLEX?

Participants must be a current UTK student or have a current RecSports membership.

How it works?

  • Each week, 2–3 activities will be offered.
  • Complete at least 1 activity per week for the 9 weeks offered.
  • You can complete up to 2 activities per week and must reach a total of 14 activities across the program.
  • Important: Activities cannot be completed ahead of time (unless paid registration is required).
  • Missed a week? No worries — you can catch up by completing activities from the past two weeks.
  • Mix and match activities — stay active, have fun, and work toward your hoodie!
  • Extra Credit FLEX
    • Share your journey– Tag @UTKRecSports and use #T-FLEX2026 to show your progress. You may also share via our email, recsport@utk.edu.
    • Submit extra credit FLEX under Week 9
