Fitness Overview

The fitness program at UT is dedicated to enhancing the physical well-being of students, faculty, staff, and guests by providing a wide range of cardiovascular, toning and endurance activities ranging from beginner level to advanced level. Classes are as varied as their participants.

Classes are offered from Boot Camp to Zumba and Pilates. The demands of each class are tuned to the abilities and desires of the participant. There is a program that will suit your needs.

All group fitness classes are FREE to UT students who have paid their student activities fees and all faculty/staff who have paid membership fees to RecSports.

All group fitness classes are first come, first served until the class maximum is reached.
