Bio: I am a senior majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition. My biggest hobby is working out which is pretty fitting for this field. I have been working out for over 5 years and don’t plan to stop anytime soon. I became a personal trainer so I could share my enthusiasm for the gym with others and motivate them to better themselves. One thing I love about the TRECs is the community. We’re all going through the same stresses and problems with school, but you still see so many people bettering themselves and getting in some physical activity every day.

Bio: I’m a junior kinesiology major, with a nutrition minor. Fitness has changed the way I view myself and my day-to-day life. I became a trainer because I want to help other people experience that change. I believe that confidence built in the gym translates to every other aspect of life. Not only do we begin to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally, we feel more capable to go out and handle whatever our days throw at us and have the confidence to try new things.

Bio: What’s up y’all! My name is Evan Durham and I’m a senior here at UTK. I’m a Sport Management major, and I love all things sports and fitness related. I have been an athlete since age 3 and during that time I have played football, baseball, and street hockey. I’ve been in the weight room for nearly 10 years now, but I have taken it very seriously for the past 2 years in which I have fallen in love with the gym. I recently got certified to be a personal trainer, and I am excited to join the TRECS team with both 1 on 1 training and Group Fitness! In my free time I enjoy watching football and hockey, working out, running, and hanging out with my friends. My ultimate goal is to create a fitness brand with supplements, clothing, and a state-of-the-art gym, and I believe working at TRECS will allow me to build the foundational skills in order to achieve my goals!
Bio: Hello, I’m Miller Gatlin, and I am from Franklin, Tennessee. I major in kinesiology here at UTK. I have a passion for exercise and a genuine fascination with its physiology. It is my goal to not only improve my clients’ bodies but also their minds. To do so, I will not only take you step-by-step through a workout, but I’ll also teach you basic exercise physiology concepts that may enable you to design and run your own programs.
Bio: I’m from Greenville, South Carolina, I’m a Child and Family Studies Major with double minors in Neuroscience and Psychology, and I became a personal trainer because I want to help those that want to pursue fitness reach their goals. I know how overwhelming the gym and working out can be, so I wanted to be able to help people in a way that I wasn’t necessarily able to get myself when I was getting started. I myself have a nervous system condition, and hope to in my future career focus on personal training for those with neurological conditions or autoimmune diseases. Let me know if you need me to send you anything else.
Bio: Hi! My name is Adriana Romanini and I am from South Jersey! I am currently majoring in Kinesiology here at UT. I was a competitive cheerleader for fifteen years and have been developing my love for fitness ever since. Fitness has impacted my life in so many ways, making me stronger both physically and mentally. My goal as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor is to make others feel confident in themselves and proud of the work that they are doing. Fitness is a journey that looks different for everyone and I hope to assist those willing to make the change and help them fall in love with the process. We are only given one body in life, so we might as well take care of it and unlock its full potential!
