Registration & Payment Options

Due to low registration the Ski Trip is cancelled.

 

Payment plans and options.

Participants can choose to pay in full at the time of registration, or break payments into 3 installments.

Please note that this cost includes a non-refundable $100 deposit.

Pay in full option:
  • $615 (Students)
  • $665 (Guests, Faculty, Staff)
Payment plan option
  • Initial payment: $300 . Due at time of registration
  • Payment 2: $100. Due by September 30 at 5pm.
  • Payment 3. $215 (or $315 if non-student) due by Nov 1
  • To take advantage of this plan, choose “down payment” when registering

Registration & Refund Deadlines

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is included in your registration costs. If you choose to cancel your registration before the cancelation deadline (Sept 29. 5pm), you will be refunded your payment , less the $100 deposit.
  • The registration deadline for the trip is September 30 at 5pm
  • The refund deadline for the trip is Sept 29 at 5pm
  • All balances are due by November 1 at 5pm.
  • If UTOP cancels the trip due to low registration, you will be refunded 100% of your money.
