Registration & Payment Options

 

Payment plans and options.

Participants can choose to pay in full at the time of registration, or break payments into 2 installments.

Please note that this cost includes a non-refundable $100 deposit.

Pay in full option:
  • $999
Payment plan option
  • Initial payment: $500 . Due at time of registration
  • Payment 2: $499. Due by December 6 at 5pm.
  • To take advantage of this plan, choose “down payment” when registering

 

Registration & Refund Deadlines

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is included in your registration costs. If you choose to cancel your registration before the cancelation deadline (Nov 14), you will be refunded your payment , less the $100 deposit.
  • The registration deadline for the trip is November 15 at 5pm.
  • The refund deadline for the trip is November 14 at 5pm
  • All balances are due by December 6 at 5pm.

There will be an information session for those interested in learning more about this trip on 11/8, from 6-7pm in the Outdoor center (TRECS lower level)
