-Any enrolled UT student eligible to participant (UT students only for audience as well)
-Register HERE.
–Registration Dates: January 22nd-March 1st (Must register; NO exceptions after deadline)
–Show Date: Friday, April 26th @7 pm
–Location: TRECS on Courts A and B
-Weigh-ins offered throughout semester for tracking
-Show day weigh-in for class organization: 4 classes in each gender by weight
***Clothing: Body MUST be covered, no bare skin.
- Shirt and shorts/pants REQUIRED
- Ladies: Acceptable wear→ athletic/compression tank top and athletic capris/pants or shorts, sports bra must be covered, mid-rift must be covered
- Men: Acceptable wear→ athletic tank top, muscle tank, compression top, board shorts or compression shorts
-Routines will be no more than 30 seconds set to (CLEAN) appropriate music consisting of:
- Most muscular pose
- Walk/strut across stage
- Fitness contribution (yoga pose, impressive exercise, ex. One handed push-up)
Judging Guidelines
-Competitors will be judged based off the following criteria:
- Overall fitness/fit appearance
- Fitness routine (creativity, impressiveness, ‘wow’ factor)
- Stage presence (Smiling? Confidence?)
-Disqualifications: incorrect/inappropriate attire, routine longer than 30 seconds, no proof of Vol Card, late arrival to competitor check-in, un-sportsman-like conduct towards staff/competitors
-There will be a winner in each weight class (4 weight class winners) to move on against each other for choice of ‘final’ winner (one overall winner for both men’s and women’s)
-Overall winner Male, Overall winner Female, and runner-up of both will receive a prize
